Help For DoneCard Payment gateway

• DoneCard holders can pay through the DoneCard.
• At the ‘Make Payment’ screen choose DoneCard as your payment option.
• You will be taken to the DoneCard payment gateway where you have to enter your Card Number and the Pin Number and press Continue.

• The amount to be paid, and your account details will be displayed to you.

• You have to Confirm the Transaction by clicking Confirm Order button or cancel order to go back.

• You will be redirected to the IRCTC website. The ticket booking process is completed and the ticket confirmation is displayed on the screen.

• Note down your PNR Number and the Transaction ID for future reference.

• Preserve your Donecard until you receive your ticket. In case of ticket cancellation, the money will be refunded to your Donecard.
