You may only use this service to make legitimate bookings / reservations i.e., you may not use this service to book tickets for the purpose of commercial resale and profit. Without limitation, any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited.

Non-authorization of payment more than once by payment gateway for tickets booked by you is liable to result in deregistration of your account with this site, without any notice.

You confirm to us that you are 18 years of age or above and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement with us and that all information you provide in respect of your use of the service is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge and belief. You are responsible for the security of your password and for all transactions undertaken using your password through our service. The Password entered by you is transmitted in one- way encrypted form to our database and stored as such. Thus the Password will not be known even to IRCTC. You confirm that you are the authorized holder of the credit card or the original account holder used in the transactions you make using the site and you alone use the "id" and "password" you have created in the site. Railways/IRCTC will not be responsible for any financial loss, inconvenience or mental agony resulting from misuse of your ID/password/credit card number/account details number for booking tickets on this site.

If you tried to make an online air booking and due to some technical error, you did't get any booking confirmation, please check you booking history or speak to customer care, before attempting another booking. IRCTC is not responsible for any double booking losses.

Cancellation of tickets can be done either by logging on the IRCTC account (online) or by calling on the customer care number toll free number (offline). 1800110139. Else you may cancel your ticket by calling up the concerned airline directly.

To cancel the tickets online, Users shall have to complete the following procedure:

• Log onto www.irctc.co.in / air.irctc.co.in
• Click on the Sign in link at the top
• Click on My Account and request for cancellation against the air tickets you have booked.
• The User can both select and cancel his/her entire booking or part of the booking.
• If the online cancellation is not working or user is not able to cancel the air ticket online, it is user's responsibility to reach out to IRCTC via phone and get the ticket cancelled.
• A confirmation of cancellation will be sent via sms and email to the User.

Ofline cancellation can be done by calling on the customer care toll free number (offline). 1800110139 between 8AM to 10PM, 7 days a week and subsequently sending an e-mail from your registered email id at flights@irctc.co.in (please note refund will be processed only after receipt of request on mail )

The User will have to contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get his/her reservation cancelled. IRCTC is in no way responsible to ensure that the ticket shall be cancelled and the sole liability to confirm the same with the airline shall lie with the User.

All cancellations done directly with the Airlines website/ office or call centre need to be intimated to IRCTC by sending mail at flights@irctc.co.in through the registered Email id along with documentary proof/ correspondence or a copy of e- ticket duly stamped by the airlines in order to initiate the refunds process.

• Ticket can be cancelled at IRCTC for the complete journey (Origin to destination) for any passenger, no partial journey cancellation is allowed in case of connecting/via flights / Special fare flight for any passenger.
• In case of cases where airlines has cancelled the flights, please send us stamped (or endorsed) copy of ticket from the airlines mentioning “full refund is due”. IRCTC may not get any alert directly from the airlines for flight cancellation.
• In case of amendments done through airlines, please send us both old and new endorsed tickets.
• Refunds of tickets for past dated sector/ where cancellation has been done directly with airlines/ where flights have been cancelled by the airlines, may take more time depending on the revert from the airlines.
• Only cancellation requests made online or telephonic through our customer support shall be entertained. IRCTC shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium including but not limited to sms, e-mail.

The cancellation charges are dependent on airlines/ fares/ fare structure and time of cancellation and solely on discretion of airlines. For all Refundable class tickets, the airline cancellation fee is charged per sector per passenger. Please note that cancellation charges are subject to change by the Airline at its sole discretion and without notice to IRCTC. The cancellation charges may be verified at the time of cancellation with the airline by the User.

For all Non refundable class tickets, the airline cancellation fee will be as per the applicable airlines rules.

This is not applicable on any promotional fares offered by airlines as cancellations charges for those will depend on the promotional offer.

In addition to the above cancellation charges, IRCTC will charge a standard cancellation charge of INR 250 (Domestic Travel) and INR 500 (International Travel) per person per segment (sector)in case of online cancellation and INR 250 (Domestic Travel) and INR. 500 (International Travel) per person per segment (Sector) in case of offline cancellation. The aforesaid amount of INR 250 (Domestic Travel) and INR 500 (International Travel) per person per segment (sector) may be changed by IRCTC at its sole discretion and without notice to the User. The User shall be responsible to check regularly on the website www.irctc.co.in to see if there has been any change in the same..

Initially amendments/ modifications would not be accepted for the tickets. You need to contact the airline directly for the same.

Fare is applicable for all Serving/ Retired Indian Armed & Paramilitary forces & their dependent.

Valid photo service & dependent ID needs to be carried for verification, which is mandatory at the time of Check in.
